Taking Charge of Your Diabetes
Diabetes Educators are setting up classes – on June 10th from 10am-2pm- to provide education on understanding and managing diabetes. Taking Charge of Your Diabetes, an educational series. Refreshments and Giveaways provided, but the real value here is to be able to talk with healthcare providers on how the disease is affecting you. Feel free to bring a friend or family member who can benefit from these classes. Please come out!
