  • Lucy MacMillan

    Lucy is a motivated and enthusiastic educator with over 20 years of experience in the public school system and transportation industries. Her exemplary practical and professional experience in teaching, customer service, administration, management, planning and transportation demonstrates her ability to organize, manage, lead, problem solve. and make decisions especially focusing on administration, safety and customer services.

  • Dianne Wadley-Smith

    Dianne Wadley-Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English. She worked in the corporate, private and entrepreneurial sectors including as a teacher in the Philadelphia School District, in the City of Philadelphia Mayor's Office, as a Junior Achievement Program Director, and in real estate and data consulting.

    Her licenses included Georgia and Pennsylvania Insurance, Pennsylvania Real Estate License, Notary, and Hospitality. She has many years of practical and professional experience in public relations, planning, decision making and problem solving. She proudly uses her communications, management, and entrepreneurial experience daily at Community Alliance for Development.

    She has been active in her community for more than 20 years and is an exemplary leader. She has provided community organization, community gardening, real estate development, project management, zoning participation, tenant advocacy, block captain participation, youth activities and mentorship.

  • Cordelia Baffic

    Cordelia Baffic is the Director of Medical Education at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she has worked for the last 37 years.

    Cordelia’s ongoing focus is on the building of healthy organizational structures and cultivating a foundation of excellence. Her love for people and her desire to see others succeed precedes her.

    Cordy is a visionary and a consummate professional who has served her community for the last 40 years including being an integral member of the Covenant Street Ministries. She is also the founder of Tommy’s Home of Camden, a faith-based restorative project that provides housing, trauma-informed counseling and a caring community of support for women who are survivors of sex trafficking, and their children.

    Cordy’s goal and passion is to see communities thrive. She is committed to bridging the gap between the community and city’s leadership through humble service. Her motto is “not one single community member should ever feel left out.”
